In short
Market communication is the regulated data exchange between grid operators, suppliers and metering point operators: supplier switching, balancing, master data, billing. A MaKo release changes the formats twice a year, and on top of that come the 24-hour supplier switch, the MaBiS hub and data obligations such as HEDWIG. Reading the ruling is one thing. Knowing which system will produce which message is another, and that question tends to be asked too late.
